Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Custom length hoses and hose assemblies are not returnable except for exchange of defective merchandise.

Defective merchandise will be replaced subject to stock availability. If we are unable to offer a replacement, your total purchase price will be refunded. You must contact us via email within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will issue a return shipping label.
